Due to the end of this 2024 football season are you suffering from lack of football? Fear no more. Now you can play an actual game in the comfort of your own home
You control the STRATEGY on OFFENSE and DEFENSE
The game is very simple to get started and to play: Two teams, the HOME team and the VISITOR team play on a standard looking football field. Each team takes a turn rolling 2 dice and moving their pieces. You develop a unique play in real time with each and every move. It is like playing football at the speed of a slow motion replay. The game board is large (20" X 38") but fits on a coffee table.
The field is divided into 10-yard checkered grid cells or spaces where the player pieces move (similar to chess or checkers) using energy indicated by the dice (like backgammon). There are 2 player piece types, Linemen and Backs. Linemen are rectangular shaped and are stronger but slower than the Backs. Backs are triangular shaped and can be used as quarterbacks (QBs), running backs, wide receivers or any position that handles the ball. A basic knowledge of how to play American football is assumed and common football terms will not be defined.
There are 3 levels of play: Beginner, College and Pro-level.
Beginner-level rules are designed for anyone to pick up the game quickly.
The Pro-level of the game relies more on strategy than luck and can be as difficult as Chess or Go.
Most people enjoy the College-level because it does not require as much analysis and has some level of luck. You can see additional videos at our youtube webpage

The checker-style Football Player Pieces come packaged in RED and BLUE as part of "Grid-Football Basic" which includes the Game Board, Checker-Style Player Pieces and Game Pieces. There are 5 Standard Linemen and 1 Star Lineman (taller). There are 4 Backs and 1 Star Back (tallest Player Piece). These Player Pieces are easier to move than the Chess-Style Player Pieces because they are flat like checker chips. You can slide them across the football field game board easily with your finger.
The chess-style Player Pieces come in RED, WHITE and BLUE colors. There are chess-style Football Player Pieces and checker-style pieces. The chess style player pieces look more like football players . You can color in the facemask as shown, and you can customize the white set to be the color of your favorite college and pro-football teams. It is recommended to learn how to play using the checker style pieces because they are easier to move. There are 2 types of player pieces, Linemen and Backs
There are 2 standard 6-sided dice per team. There are also Challenging Dice that are used to determine the outcome of a PASS. The Dice shakers are optional.
There are 2 footballs which are passed to the offense . The first ball is used by the QB and the second ball is used for passing and play action plays.
The game consists of:
Gameboard
Game Pieces
Football Players
The game board holds all the Game Pieces and the Football Player Pieces. There are checker and chess style Football Player Pieces. The chess style player pieces look more like football players but it is recommended to learn how to play using the checker style pieces because they are easier to move.
